As of late 2011, the record holder in this category was 42 feet above grade. However, the Nelson Treehouse and Supply crew is currently
working on a project that is 110 feet off the ground. The property owner likes to refer this structure as "The Buck-Ten."

We offer hourly consultation in three formats:
- Telephone consultation at an hourly rate of $125 (billed in 15 minute increments).
- In office consultation at our headquarters in Fall City, WA at an hourly rate of $125 (billed in 15 minute increments).
- "On-site" consultation is available for clients who live in the greater Seattle area. This service is offered at an hourly rate of $125 including drive time one-way (from Fall City), plus a small travel fee that depends on distance traveled.
